Today was one of the most awaited days of the year with the 164.3km UCI World Championships Elite Women's Road Race - Wollongong 2022. 
Exciting day, challenging race and rain in the finale and great efforts by all our six riders in the race. The best was Sofia Bertizzolo, who finished in the group just behind the best after working so hard for her Italian national team.
