Double top 10 today at the Trofeo Alfredo Binda in Cittiglio, in Italy, with Karlijn Swinkels and Silvia Persico.

Double top 10 today at the Trofeo Alfredo Binda in Cittiglio, in Italy.

After 140.5 km, Karlijn Swinkels finished in sixth place and Silvia Persico in eighth. Erica Magnaldi also remained in the top group and finished in the top 20.

The race started in Maccagno con Pino and Veddasca and ended in the classic final circuit of Cittiglio.
Winning the sprint of the top group of 25 athletes was the Italian Elisa Balsamo of Lidl-Trek ahead of world champion Lotte Kopecki. 

An excellent team performance that gives morale for the upcoming classics in Belgium.
