With the Liège-Bastogne-Liège Femmes the Northern Classics season came to a close today.

With the Liège-Bastogne-Liège Femmes the Northern Classics season came to a close today. After 152.9km of battle, again at the end of a very cold day, the best result was 13th place for Silvia Persico. 

Another positive performance also came from Mikayla Harvey who was in the breakaway of the day for a long time. She then broke away on a climb and was caught up by the peloton. 

When the best riders came into action Silvia Persico tried to keep up, but then remained in the group behind and at the finish won the sprint for 13th place. The race was won by Grace Brown (FDJ-Suez). 

Now the focus is on the next appointments of the season.
