Karlijn Swinkels was again a great protagonist at La Vuelta Femenina today. 

In the 113.9km fifth stage from Huesca to Alto del Fuerte Rapitán - Jaca, the Dutchwoman first won the only QOM of the day, legitimising her jersey for another day, then attacked solo before the final climb. 

Erica Magnaldi had a somewhat difficult day, but defended herself ahead of tomorrow's first real mountain stage. 

The stage was won by Demi Vollering (SD Worx). In the mountain classification Swinkels now leads with 20 points, 10 ahead of Demi Vollering.
