The 2024 season for UAE Team ADQ is set to commence, marking a significant milestone as the third season in the history of the Emirati team in women's cycling. This marks a crucial step in the ongoing growth of the project, with new riders joining and several fresh faces in staff and managerial positions. Camila Garcia, who recently assumed the role of CEO, lead this impressive structure.

The team, under her leadership, is characterized by its strong structure, encompassing the UAE Development Team. This development team consists of many promising world cyclists, creating a cohesive unit with 29 athletes representing 14 different nationalities (16 riders from the WorldTour team and 13 riders from the Development team). The collaboration between the two teams remains integral, providing a clear pathway for the growth of all riders.

A contingent is already on route to Australia for the initial races of the season, with the debut scheduled at the Santos Tour Down Under. This event marks the first race on the UCI Women's WorldTour calendar and the beginning of a series of four events for the team on Australian roads.

Simultaneously, the remaining part of the team will soon head back to Spain, specifically in the Alicante area, to participate in the second pre-season Training Camp. Approximately ten days of intensive training on Spanish roads will precede the team's arrival on the island of Mallorca. There, on January 20-21-22, three new races on the women's calendar will inaugurate the women's cycling season in Europe.
