Maria’s passion for professional cycling is driven by her love of sports and movement. Patriotic and proud, Maria aspires to achieve her best in representation of her home country, Russia. Being one of 12 children in her family, Maria’s efforts are supported by her siblings who want to see her win, and this is her greatest motivation. Maria is a true team player and enjoys progress even at its most challenging stages, giving her a striving sense of fulfillment knowing she’s exhausted her greatest capacity every time she gets on the bike. The boost Maria gets from entering a race inspires her to work even harder, this athlete is fueled by her own endurance capabilities and looks forward to contributing her strengths collectively towards the UAE Team ADQ Women’s World Team, as it is her personal desire for them to be the best women’s lineup in the world.
