For Alessia, cycling makes her feel confident, fearless, and free, able to overcome anything life sets before her. She truly believes she has landed the ‘dream job’ as a professional outdoor cyclist touring for the UAE Team ADQ Women’s World Team. Alessia appreciates spending time with the people that not only motivate her but unite and work on a common goal to exceed it and win together. Alessia is determined and solutions-orientated, viewing each challenge as an opportunity to grow. Her father set her an example she lives by which is that; working harder and longer than others, will get you to where you need to be, no matter what resources you were born into, in this life. Winning motivates her in her professional life, while the desire to be the best version of herself motivates her in private. If she wants something she will do whatever it is within her power to achieve that goal.
