UAE Team ADQ is delighted to announce the appointment of Yana Seel as the Head of Business and Communications.

In a momentous step, UAE Team ADQ is delighted to announce the appointment of Yana Seel as the Head of Business and Communications for the women's WorldTour team, effective immediately.

Seel, a pioneer in the realm of cycling, achieved a significant milestone as the first woman to hold the position of Managing Director within the WorldTour at Team Astana Premier Tech, a role she served for three years. Following this, she spent two successful years as Chief Business Officer at Lotto Dstny, where her adept business strategies led to the acquisition of multiple sponsors and substantial improvements in the team's financial standing.

Having made a mark in the men's peloton, the accomplished Belgian professional now embarks on a new journey with UAE Team ADQ, heralding a fresh chapter in her illustrious career. In her new capacity as Head of Business and Communications, a role previously absent within the team, Seel's primary responsibilities will revolve around business development, marketing, and communication.

Seel's appointment signifies a significant step forward for UAE Team ADQ and underscores their commitment to fostering diversity and excellence within the cycling community.
